Minors at Events

Kingdom of Ealdormere (branch of the SCA) regulations state that anyone under the age of 18 must have a guardian on site throughout the event. If the minor's legal guardian cannot be present, then another adult must accompany the minor as proxy for the legal guardian to the event and have on hand two copies (one for the event staff and one to keep) of three documents signed by the minor's legal guardian:

Minor Event waiver
Minor Medical waiver
A Letter stating that the minor is under the authority of the accompanying adult
