Reminder: Documentation must be submitted by February 27 to the Baronial A&S Minister.

Entry Form

Tourney Details:

To encourage a breadth of knowledge in Their Champion, Their Excellencies wish participants to submit two entries.  These entries are encouraged to be from varying arts, and will be scored in respect to breadth as well as skill level.

The Champion must be a resident of the barony.  Out-of-barony entrants are welcome to participate and compete for prizes; however the title of Champion will go to a member of the barony.

Single entries are welcome but the entrant would not qualify for the title of Champion. You may also display your work at A&S and not join in on the discussion/judging process. In this case, please indicate this and write “DISPLAY ONLY” on a card with your entry.

In order to find judges knowledgeable in the subject area of the entries, competitors will be required to pre-register their entries.  ‘Display Only’ entries are not required to pre-register, but it would be appreciated to gauge how much space we will need for display.

Documentation for entries must be provided to the tourney organizer 2 weeks before the event. This will give time for the judges to read through the provided documentation.

Each entrant should be prepared to discuss their work and answer questions from the judges.  Following the presentation the entrants will be excused and the panel of judges will score the entries.  The panel will present their scores to the Baron and Baroness, but the final selection of the winner is at the discretion of their Excellencies.

Because of the discussion/Q&A portion of the judging, scored entries must be accompanied by their artisan.  ‘Display Only’ entries are allowed in absentia.

For questions or help with the Tourney email the Baronial A&S Minister.
