Keeping the Canton’s Ledger Reporting (quarterly reports and Year End) Annual Budget Event floats, deposits, and reimbursements Tracking collections from practices, receiving and depositing said collections Writing cheques for approved expenses and rentals	Paid SCA membership Reliable access to email Ability to attend most meetings (in person or by video conference)

Rapier Marshal

Ensure a warranted Marshal is present at all practices Be responsible for Canton loaner rapier kit Collect money to cover practice space rentals Be aware of bookings and ensure contracts are renewed	Paid SCA membership Reliable access to email Ability to attend most meetings (in person or by video conference)

Social Media Officer:

Duties:	Requirements:
Moderate Canton Social media groups, pages, etc Ensure compliance with Society Social Media Policies Pass on important announcements from Kingdom to Canton groups on Social media	Paid SCA membership Regular participation in Social Media (particularly Facebook)

Clerk Register:

Duties:	Requirements:
Update Caldrithig website. Mostly but not exclusively meeting and event related. Report to Kingdom Clerk Register twice a year. Respond to emails sent to caldrithigweb@gmail.com Liase with the Caldrithig Seneschal about site content.	Current paid SCA membership A reliable internet connection. A working computer. Be familiar with basic HTML Facebook membership and willingness to regularly interact with Caldrithig group/page.
