Feast Menu

First Remove

Pa, olivas, salsitxes merguez, mostaya (Bread, olives, Merguez sausage, mustard)
Estofat de vedel (beef stew)
Pastanegues (carrots)
Salsa a bollets (mushrooms)
Torrons a malallts (honey nougat)
 Second Remove
Aròs (saffron rice)
Gualines fassit en ast, Almodroch, limoneha y saliandre (roast chicken with garlic cheese, lemon and corriander sauces on the side)
Espàrechs (asparagus)
Albergínias (aubergines)
Let mal cuyta (milk custard) and Nous confites (candied walnuts)

 

If you are vegetarian please let me know, before April 16, 2017, as I will make ciurons tendres(chickpeas) and lentil substitutions in the menu.
